What data is processed and why

• This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no forms, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Its only script is its own: it just animates the page and sends nothing anywhere. Browsing it does not identify you.
• If you email me, I process your name, your email address and whatever you tell me in order to reply and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent when you write to me and, if we reach an agreement, the performance of the contract (GDPR, art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). Email is handled by Gmail, from Google, as the service provider.
• The server logs technical data about each visit (IP address, date and page requested) for its operation and security, on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR, art. 6.1.f).

How long it is kept

Emails are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires. Technical logs, only for as long as strictly necessary.

Who it is shared with

No one, unless required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email address in the legal notice. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
